We are committed to delivering premium Tesla accessories and keeping you informed throughout the shipping process. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the items ordered.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 7–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days
  • Asia: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–15 business days

Please note that these delivery estimates do not include processing time.

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Prime Aero may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 3–7 business days for tracking information to update after your package has been dispatched.

If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at primeaerostore@gmail.com.

Multiple Shipments

To provide faster delivery, items from the same order may be shipped separately.

If your order arrives in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Prime Aero is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact us immediately at primeaerostore@gmail.com.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect address information may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Prime Aero is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at primeaerostore@gmail.com, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.
